As an Independent Technology Risk Advisor within PNC's Independent Technology Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.
The Independent Technology Risk Advisor role focuses on ensuring technology architecture and infrastructure align with regulatory standards, internal policies, and business objectives while maintaining performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include assessing risks across data centers, cloud environments, and enterprise networks; reviewing SDLC, DevOps, and deployment practices; and overseeing technology changes under ITIL principles. The position also involves evaluating programs and engineering teams using KRIs/KPIs, fostering strong governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage infrastructure risk. Additionally, staying current with emerging technologies and serving as a trusted advisor to technology teams are essential aspects of the role.

**Job Description**
+ Supports Independent Technology Risk Management (ITRM) in planning and executing the ITRM program and corresponding communication strategies. Leverages subject matter expertise in technology environments (infrastructure, data, information security, MIS and governance) along with technology governance and control frameworks to oversee and challenge first lines ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technology and other associated risks. Manages relationships with Technology and the Lines of Business to ensure that technology and other associated risk issues are monitored and communicated through the appropriate levels of management.
+ Coordinates and implements ITRM program to meet regulatory expectations and manage risks within PNCs risk appetite.
+ Coordinates the timely and proper execution of the ITRM program within and across the lines of business. Includes consultation to execute the ITRM program components.
+ Leverages subject matter expertise in technology environments (infrastructure, data, information security, MIS and governance) and risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Security, Technology, etc.) to proactively identify risk exposures across PNC.
+ Leverages subject matter expertise in and technology governance and control frameworks to challenge business self-assessment results (including new initiatives, business as usual activities, and risk management program) and reviews and reports applicable independent analyses.
+ Translates security and threat intelligence to the current technology and control environments and develops qualitative and quantitative risk analytics approaches to independently evaluate technology and other associated security risks.

Assist with setup/breakdown of event technology
Help maintain equipment and other technological related projects
Staff will have the opportunity to work other events including: Football State High School Championships, athletic camps, concerts, private rental events, etc.
Requirements:
Must be a full time student enrolled at the University of Wyoming
Expected hours per week: 10-20
Must be able to work most athletic events (soccer, volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, track & field, wrestling, etc.)
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Some manual labor required: lifting, walking up stairs & ramps, standing for periods of time and dealing with various weather conditions during outdoor events
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

Interns will assist in the promotion in the utilization and commercialization of the University's research outcomes and activities. Summary:
