Harlan Crystal is the Co-founder and CTO of Pocket Gems, a leading developer of mobile games and entertainment. Harlan oversees the company’s technology initiatives and lead development on WAR DRAGONS, Pocket Gems' first game with 3D graphics and synchronous multiplayer over mobile networks. Before founding Pocket Gems, Harlan was VP of Engineering at Smartleaf. He has hacked for many stage startups in the computer vision, compilers, embedded-realtime, bioinformatics and financial software.Harlan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Daniel Terry co-founded Pocket Gems, Inc. in 2009 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Terry served as Vice President of Engineering of Smartleaf, Inc. Prior to Smartleaf, Mr. Terry directed research and development at Blindsight Corp. Previously, he served as a management consultant at Mars & Co where he worked with executive teams at Fortune 50 companies to improve performance and strategy.He serves as Director of Pocket Gems, Inc. He received his MBA from Stanford and B.A. in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Michael Dawson is a Chief Business Officer at Pocket Gems and is based in San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked as Director of Business Development at OPOWER INC., CEO at MyQuire, and Consultant at Katzenbach Partners. Michael attended Yale University and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Helen Hsu is a Chief Financial Officer at Pocket Gems and is based in San Francisco, California. She has worked as Director, FP&A at Covad Communications; Management Consultant at PwC; and Vice President, Finance at XOJET Aviation. Helen studied at UCLA and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
