Modern VideoFilm that began operation in 1979 became Point.360, with its headquarters in Burbank in California. Point.360 operates as a subsidiary of Point.360 as of July 8, 2015. Point.360 filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California on May 16, 2018.
