Polaris Career also has educational offerings exclusively for high school students. Tuition discounts for those over 65 years make education possible for senior citizens as well. Adult students who are interested in enrolling for full-fledged career training programs must have a high school diploma or GED. Those applying to the Dental Assisting program will also need to take an entrance exam. There are no requirements or pre-requisites for community education courses. Students who need assistance paying for tuition costs may apply for federal financial aid by filling out a FAFSA. Those who are eligible will receive loans or grants or both.
