ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Review current processes and procedures and maintain accurate documentation to support SOX controls.
· Assist with internal and external audits throughout the year.
· Participate in month-end close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
· Maintain the Fixed Asset Listing and help Project Managers with Capital Request.
· Participate in the quarterly physical inventory.
· Work collaboratively within the team and across departments.
· Assist with other miscellaneous tasks and manage special projects upon request.
