Pros of working at Polaris

Welding itself makes me happy because I enjoy it, and being able to weld to make a living is a plus for me

Cons of working at Polaris

Management wasn't the best at giving or taking information. Supervisors and group leads were more or less inexperienced so it made a job that should be simple hard.

Getting to use the skill I love everyday and the yearly bonus we received for performance and staying within the quarterly budgets
