Report or respond to incidents, security, and safety concerns per established post orders, including responding to alarms.
Monitor security cameras and other electronic surveillance systems.
Guide, follow, and direct individuals throughout the Site.
Assist in controlling physical and electronic locks and unlocking and locking doors and areas.
The Cleared Armed Security Officer will perform testing and other inspection services related to access control, including routine inspections, and testing of alarms, locks, doors, monitoring systems, and other access control mechanisms.
Prevent the theft of physical or intellectual property.
Assist in promoting communication and awareness of data center security policies to client employees, vendors, contractors, and others.
The Cleared Armed Security Officer will maintain standards of Armed Security Officer competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity, including compliance with PGI and the Client's Code of Conduct and Uniform Policy

Position Overview:
The Facility Security Officer (FSO) manages and maintains the company's security program in compliance with NISPOM and DCSA requirements. This role oversees personnel security, facility security, and the protection of classified information. The FSO serves as the primary point of contact with government security offices and supports contract security requirements across programs.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:
Administer and maintain the facility security program in accordance with NISPOM and DCSA guidance.
Serve as the primary security contact with DCSA and customer security offices.
Manage personnel security actions, including initiation, tracking, and reinvestigations.
Provide hands-on security onboarding and offboarding support for personnel, including initial briefings, access setup, badge coordination, and clearance status verification at entry and exit.
Process and maintain records in DISS and NISS.
Manage visit requests, certifications, and access rosters.
Manage receipt, storage, transmission, and destruction of classified material.
Maintain DD254s and coordinate contract security requirements with program teams.
Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and annual refresher training.
Lead security education and awareness activities across the company.
Support classified meetings and secure work activities.
Maintain accurate security documentation and audit ready records.
Monitor access control, visitor logs, and physical security controls.
Investigate and report security incidents and violations.
Track corrective actions and follow through to closure.
Stay current on security policy updates and implement required changes.
Provide guidance to leadership on security risks and compliance status.
Education and Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial security or FSO-related roles.
Working knowledge of NISPOM and DCSA inspection processes.
Hands on experience with DISS and NISS.
Experience managing personnel security actions and contract security files.
Strong documentation and record control skills.
Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities or similar training.

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and professional Armed Flex Security Officers to support our team by filling in for open shifts, call-offs, and coverage needs across multiple sites. This is an as-needed position - hours are not guaranteed but provide valuable flexibility and opportunity for supplemental income.
Pay & Incentives:
Starting Rate: $22.00/hour
Pay Increase Schedule (with Good Standing):
$22.50/hour after 3 months
$23.00/hour after 6 months
$24.00/hour after 1 year
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile after first 20 miles from Genric-defined starting address
Primary Responsibilities:
Front-of-house armed security positioned inside a dispensary lobby
Assist staff at check-in, verify patient credentials, and support reception alongside the client
Monitor front lobby and manage lines at the front door to assist reception
Check IDs, ensure compliance, and maintain order at entry
Patrol inside and outside of the facility as needed
Assist with secure deliveries and product movement
Work closely with management and staff to ensure the safety of patients, staff, property, and product
Respond to and fill open or call-off shifts as assigned
Maintain visibility, enforce policies, and respond to emergencies as needed
Write detailed reports and communicate effectively with site leadership
Requirements:
Current, valid OPOTA Armed Guard Certificate or be a current commissioned peace officer
Prior Law Enforcement or Military preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid OH driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
Professional demeanor and strong situational judgment
Must be flexible, punctual, and dependable
Must call in availability every Friday for scheduling the following week
Schedule:
Flex - Hours vary based on shift availability
Day, night, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
