This will result in a temporary rejection until that time period has passed. Crimes involving moral turpitude may result in permanent disqualification and will be considered on a case by case basis with consideration of circumstances and time elapsed since the crime occurred. Crimes of moral turpitude are often defined as "conduct contrary to community standards of justice, honesty, and good morals. " 3. Applicant has been convicted or admitted to conduct which constitutes a felony under state or federal law, including the uniform code of military justice. This will result in a permanent disqualification. Apprehends suspected criminals as situation dictates. * Initiates applicable investigation techniques to develop and prosecute criminals under each offense. * Prepares reports to document investigative actions, interviews, interrogations, subpoena procurement; written statements; affidavits for evidentiary warrants and arrest warrants; evidence collection; identification, location and apprehension of perpetrator and property recovery.
