We are seeking a highly qualified Residential Security Agent to join our team of dedicated professionals. PAY TRANSPARENCY:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide armed protection for personnel, facilities, and assets in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
Conduct roving patrols, access control, and perimeter security to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.
Monitor and respond to security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment.
Screen and process all visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site leadership during incidents.
Apply de-escalation techniques and exercise sound judgment when responding to disturbances or threats.
Adhere to all use-of-force policies and maintain weapons in a safe and responsible manner.
Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
Be a citizen of the United States of America.
Be at least 21 years of age. While there is no maximum age limit for RSA positions, all applicants shall be able to withstand the physical demands of the job and be capable of responding to emergency situations.
Be a high school graduate or have a General Educational Development (GED), or equivalency.
Be able to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyeglass wear) state driver's license.
Possess one of the following qualifications:
a minimum of three years of military experience, or;
a minimum of one year of sworn law enforcement or armed contract security guard experience providing services similar to this contract requirement
Undergo a criminal background check processed by the Government.

Be free from conviction of any misdemeanor crime of domestic violence in accordance with United States Code, Title 18 S.C. § 922(g)(9) (Lautenberg).

As a Deputy Comptroller (Chartering, Organization and Structure), you will:
* Serve as an OCC executive for deciding corporate applications filed by federally chartered banks. Also, serve as expert advisor on matters involving federal bank applications, chartering, and corporate activities. Identify important issues and problems and recommend appropriate policies, programs, and solutions for the OCC to adopt.
* Provide executive direction and facilitate program development through subordinate units responsible for disposition of bank applications and application policies, systems, and controls; counsel on the impact of a broad range of complex issues; monitor systems, controls, and sensitive cases; and coordinate and communicate with senior OCC leadership regarding bank application activities and policies.
* Analyze the implications/impact of applications in CO&S' divisions of Corporate Activities, Large and Global Financial Institutions and/or Regional and Midsize Financial Institutions with special attention to novel issues and priorities; approve courses of action; resolve major problems/concerns; decide bank applications as delegated; and promote efficient handling of bank applications, including utilization of technology.
* Represent CO&S at meetings with OCC, Treasury, and other government agencies and external groups to ensure that they are well informed about significant policy changes, decisions and procedural issues in these areas. Manage communication of policies and decisions through appropriate media.
* Ensure acquisition of staff through effective workforce planning, recruitment, and affirmative employment; delegate work among subordinate employees as appropriate; appraise employee performance; assess individual capabilities and needs; resolve conflict(s); attend to morale and organizational climate issues; and ensure an understanding/commitment to equal employment opportunity law/regulation and diversity principles.

This is a term position (more than 1 year) with an initial appointment expecting to last at least 13 months but may be extended up to a total of four years. Term positions do not convey permanent status in the Federal service. The major duties of the PoliceOfficer include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Safeguarding the National Park Service icons and symbols of democracy as well as other parks and jurisdictional areas around the Washington Metropolitan Area.
* Prevent, detect, and investigate criminal activity. Pursue and ensure criminal actors are apprehended.

Applicants must have reached their 21st birthday, but not have reached their 37th birthday by the date of entry of this position. These positions are covered by the special retirement provisions for Federal Law Enforcement officers and have a mandatory retirement age of 57. Two exceptions are allowed:1. EXPERIENCE: You must have at least one year of progressively responsible experience that demonstrates the ability to learn and apply detailed and complex regulations and procedures that involve making sound judgment based on the application of directions, regulations, or laws. We are currently looking for a Repossession Specialist.
Responsibilities
Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
Willingness to work in various parts of Washington D.C., travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field (preferred).
Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
Basic knowledge of AirTags and IPhone navigation for AirTags usage
Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
Type of Employment*:* 1099 contract
Pay: $18-$20 per hour + payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume. Gas and toll compensation.

The Physical Security Monitor supports the United States Military Training Mission (USMTM) by providing continuous personnel vetting and physical security monitoring at services. The mission ensures compliance for credentialing and ongoing risk assessments of locally employed personnel, while maintaining 24/7 physical security and force protection measures for U.S. service members, civilians, and mission partners. The work is critical to safeguarding U.S. equities, classified areas, and operational integrity within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility. The position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as assigned.
Conduct continuous physical security monitoring of USMTM facilities, access points, and controlled areas to support 24/7 force protection of U.S. service members, civilians, and mission partners.
Verify identification, credentials, and authorization documents; monitor entry/exit procedures and enforce access control policies for classified and sensitive areas.
Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity, security violations, or potential insider threat indicators, escalating concerns in accordance with established reporting procedures.
Coordinate and communicate professionally with USMTM leadership, U.S. Government personnel, host nation counterparts, and senior U.S./Saudi officials as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior State or Federal Law Enforcement, Military Intelligence, Military Police, or Department of War (DoW) intelligence experience.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication and possess the ability to use Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams. Site Leads and Monitor may have potential interactions with Senior US/Saudi Officials and US/Saudi Flag Officers.
US citizenship and possess an active Tier 3 (Secret) security clearance at a minimum.
Able to complete training/credentials within 45 days of arrival.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is located OCONUS and primarily performed with frequent interruptions. Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, however occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs.
