Regularly assesses youth needs, strengths and performance in attaining contracted goals and objectives. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Master's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or in a related human services field. Experience working with children with emotional, behavioral or substance abuse problems preferred. Licensed or certified clinicians are required to provide documentation and license renewal at the appropriate intervals. Must possess high moral and ethical values, a willingness to be open to learning and growing and have interpersonal skills to work as an integral part of a team.
