Certain areas on campus require training prior to entry: B130, 1st and 2nd Floor Labs, Building M, Dive Locker, Boat Yard, etc. Access Control: The IRC Lead Guard has the ability to open all doors on campus with a card or key To have a locked door open, make the request on the IRC Guard Contract Tracker Certain areas on campus require IRC L/O Manager, COR or CTR permission prior to entry: Mailroom, MARFAC,B130 Secured Storage, IT Spaces, IT Racks, 1st and 2nd Floor Labs, B184, B166, OLE, Building M, Cafeteria, an office other than the requestors, Pier, Dive Locker, IT area in the auditorium, 1st floorconference rooms, Boat Yard, etc. Identification Checks at the IRC Front Post: The IRC Front Post mirrors the same Identification Check operation that the JBPHH Guards/Police perform at the Ford Island Gate The IRC Guard on duty performs 100% Identification Checks on visitors to the IRC The IRC Guard on duty performs random Identification Checks on tenants of the IRC The IRC Guard may ask to physically touch/hold your card to complete the identification check IRC Events: All visitors must sign in at the IRC Front Post Please do not give Attendee Lists to the Guards All Lists must be approved by the IRC Security Manager Stairwells: Follow the signage posted on the doors The 1st floor stairwell exits are Fire Exits Stairwell exits are for emergency use only Cafeteria Dining Area Doors Follow the signage posted on the doors Do not let visitors into the IRC, all visitors must report through the IRC Front Post These doors are to be kept closed, please do not leave these doors propped open
