Work Experience: 3+ years ; Model Governance, Project Management, Internal Control, or Internal Audit experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the Embedded Clinical Research and Innovation Unit(ECRI) and will be an on-site and offsite coordinator of multi-site projects working with UCLA patients, clinic staff, and physicians to support research projects in clinical setting and studies managed remotely. You will support research implementation and provide project support. The duties will include but not limited to::

* describing research studies to interested participants and answering questions about the nature and involvement of the study

* obtaining informed consent from study participants or their respective family members

* collecting surveys for the study

* collecting file data from patient experiences as well as technical workflow of any device and technology installation.

You will handle smart watch devices for the study, and assist the study staff or infusion center staff as needed with study activities. Additionally you may be required to input study data into a database as well as make phone calls to collect additional study information if needed. You will also need to travel often to Rehab Centers located in Century City and Santa Monica, assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or experience in social service related field.

+ Prior research experience or experience with patients in a clinical setting

+ Experience in working with a patient population in a healthcare setting is desirable. (preferred)

+ Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with diverse group of physicians and patient population.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

+ Must be able to get to the Rehabilitation Centers, off site

• You have 10 years of experience in IA Policy and Compliance
• You are a good communicator, able to interact effectively with all levels
• You have strong organizational and teaming skills
• You have a Bachelor's Degree and an active Top Secret clearance

• You have an IAT Level II or IAM Level I Certification (at a minimum)
• You are experienced evaluating the cybersecurity posture and vulnerabilities of major weapons systems, programs of record, tactical networks, control systems and installations.
• You are able to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with Information Technology product and service supply chains
• You are experienced reviewing and drafting security policies and procedures for DoD agencies
• You have experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system

What your day will look like:

• You'll work with a team of Cyber Security Analyst to do make recommendations to Senior management on Cybersecurity/IA policies and procedures
• You'll analyze assessment reports and synopsize cybersecurity findings in information papers for submission
• You'll provide recommendations regarding system compliance, identification of systematic trends and mitigation guidance
• You'll support configuration management of the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS)
