We sell many tire brands for cars, pickups, SUVs, tractors, trailers, ATVs, pivot irrigation systems, and more. In addition to tires, wheels, and batteries, T.O. Haas Tire & Auto performs many automotive services including oil changes, alignments, brakes, exhaust, shocks, struts, cooling systems, transmission fluid flush, and more. We employ ASE Certified Technicians to keep your vehicle riding and running at its best.
Service Truck Operator Duties include sales and service of large truck and farm tires. Installation and repair of tires both at the shop and on-site with our mobile service truck. Experience with tire service preferred, but no experience necessary. We will train the right person.
COMPENSATION: $21.00/Hr. to $24.00/Hr.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Service of large truck and farm tires.
Repair and install tires on farm equipment and commercial trucks
Operate hydraulic boom arm
Dismount tires/wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools

Qualifications:
A valid driver's license and safe driving record
A “Can-Do” attitude
Must be able to lift up to 100lbs plus repetitively.
Continuous lifting of air guns, tire bars etc.
Must be able to operate ½" to ¾” air gun to on Tire/Wheel assemblies that could weigh over 100lbs. each
Ability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions.

What You'll Do
As a General Service Technician, you'll help keep our customers safely on the road by performing:
Tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotation
Oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance
Multi-point inspections and vehicle condition documentation

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
The General Service Technician will be exposed to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The temperature in the work environment varies and could include extreme heat and/or extreme cold depending on the ambient temperatures outside. The use of safety goggles or other PPE may be required when working in these conditions.
The General Service Technician must be able to meet the following physical requirements:
Stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and able to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
Bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently.

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist reports to Site HSE Manager and is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the HSE management system. The HSE Specialist plays an essential role in this management system through hands-on execution of the Regional and Global HSE Standards, while fostering a positive HSE culture, driving associate involvement, and delivering improvements in compliance and risk reduction year over year. This position is the direct interface between associate HSE activities and management teams.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ensure the site maintains a continuous state of compliance with HSE company standards and governmental regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing all company HSE Standards as they apply to the site.

Works with third-party risk control experts to ensure compliance with company standards on new projects. Supports audit efforts to maintain and improve favorable insurance ratings.
Ability and willingness to occasionally flex work hours to support site needs, including night and weekend hours.
Responsible for managing the internal audit program.
Participates in the Safety Pillar Team and initiatives.
Participates in other site programs as needed to support the site's overall success.
Backup coverage for site HSE Manager as required.
Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) is required.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an EHS field is preferred.
Professional Certifications are preferred (GSP, ASP, CSP).
Knowledge / Experience
Ability to interact with site-level manufacturing/business management and regulatory agencies is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including a high level of comfort in developing and delivering training and motivational presentations to all levels of the organization.
Strong HSE regulatory knowledge and expertise (EPA, OSHA, DOT) is required.
1-5 years experience managing safety and environmental programs or projects in a manufacturing environment or school-related program is required.
Basic knowledge of food manufacturing is desired.
Demonstrated leadership in leading an HSE program/system in a manufacturing environment is required.
Experience with hazard recognition, behavioral-based safety, and job hazard analysis is desired.
Strong technical ability is desired - computer systems experience, ability to learn.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30-50lbs and push/pull up to 500lbs on flat surfaces or up and down ramps. This position will require the individual to be on their feet for the majority of their shift. May be exposed to certain levels of noise with the equipment in operation.
