The pay and meeting new people.
The management team at the North Lauderdale location off McNab Rd. They have absolutely no knowledge on how to manage people yet alone a store.They over hire and work off complete favoritism. They have their family members who work with them and give them the working hours. They treat the minors that work there like idiot's. Not fair to the minors. They are also in violation of many ethically and Osha codes daily. Like they use the same glove to collect money and touch everything and then touch the food. This is the most unprofessional workplace I've witnessed. They talk down to the employees in front of customers. They rig the drive through line. Corporate really needs to talk to the employees without the mangers knowledge to know what's really going on. They retaliate if they know you have a concern or genuine complaint.
