Duties and responsibilities

Handle, store and rotate all products properly.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment.
Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen.
Accept payment, process credit card charges or make change accurately.
Handle phone orders with professionalism and accurately collect information needed to complete order.
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
Promptly report safety, equipment and food quality problems to Manager.
Inform manager-on-duty immediately of product shortages.

Under the direct supervision of the Fire Chief/Captain, the Firefighter will uphold the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians (the Tribe) Fire Department's stated mission statement, core values, and goals. Firefighters are required to perform skilled emergency service work including fire suppression, emergency medical, hazardous materials, and non-emergency duties such as fuel reduction, fire prevention, public assistance and education. Firefighters must be able work for extended periods of time at emergency incidents that may involve physical exertion often under adverse environmental conditions. This position is an arduous position and subject to medical screening, physical fitness training, and random drug testing. This job description is for the entry-level and seasonal classifications.
This position may or may not be engaged in firefighting activities, but will be directly working under supervision in training, fuels reduction projects, team building, outdoor recreation management, and various projects that require basic use of a variety of firefighting tools and techniques.
The Tribal Fire Department is strongly committed to providing community service. We work closely with the Elder's in our community and outside our community. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in station, apparatus, and equipment maintenance and training activities.
Operates and drives fire department vehicles and apparatus.
Communicates and establishes positive working relationships with the general public in order to deliver service of all types including emergency response, business inspections, participating in school programs, answering questions, and assessing customer needs.
Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls for service as a member of a fire company or fire crew.
Serves as a skilled crewmember on an engine or hand crew.
Serves as a skilled wildland firefighter on an organized crew during prescribed burns, monitoring and controlling the fire and collecting data on fire weather and fire behavior.
Performs basic fire line activities such as line construction, hose layout, operations of pumps and accessories, lopping and scattering of fuels using hand tools.

Position Summary:
The Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides personal care, companion care, nursing assistance and other assigned tasks to residents living in Eskaton communities. The Resident Care Associate duties include direct resident care, assisting in daily living activities, grocery or personal shopping, errands and other domestic tasks as well as documentation of care provided. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Resident Care Director, Memory Care Director, or Wellness Nurse based on an evaluation of resident needs.
The starting salary for this position is $20.65/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This position will be primarily scheduled for afternoon and evening shifts.
Qualifications
Education:
High school graduate or G.E.D. preferred. Proficient ability to communicate orally and in writing in the English language.
Training and Experience:
Six (6) months experience in providing personal care in a residential or long-term care setting preferred. Valid/current first aid certification.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge in performing personal care services in a residential environment. Ability to meet new and/or stressful situations with the appropriate responses. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, to share information freely, to use and seek supervision and consultation verbally and in writing, and be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.

The Outpatient SUD Group Facilitator is the primary provider for group programming (educational, topic-process, CBT/DBT, relapse-prevention, etc.). Primary responsibilities include developing and providing clinical programming in a group setting, efficiently and effectively documenting group process and clinical response and supporting the rest of the clinical team with general outpatient operations.
Individuals with experience working with Veterans and/or First Responder demographics will be prioritized.
Essential Functions:
* Prepare and provide clinical programming utilizing evidence-based curriculum in a group setting
* Prepare clinical documentation accurately and within agency time frames.
* Intervene during crisis intervention situations.
* Participate in weekly Clinical Treatment team meetings with other team members as needed.
* Provide appropriate treatment interventions relative to the specific needs of each resident.
* Adhere to code of ethics, legal aspects of clinical practice, professional standards, duty to warn, abuse and neglect reporting policies and procedures, and exercise professionalism at all times.
* Exercise awareness in cultural competency, resident satisfaction, quality of services, resident needs, and overall health and safety staff and residents.
Competencies:
