Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Support Staff is responsible for assuring quality service to all program guests in a compassionate and professional manner as it relates to the specific program objectives. Work is performed in a cost effective and service oriented manner as it relates to established organizational standards.

You will be servicing a variety of chemical basket, chemical brush and full-service stops. You will also be checking the water chemistry and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers utilizing Skimmer, an app-based system. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently on their own, have good time management, the ability to problem solve, have strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
