The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for pots, pans, dishes, cooking equipment, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sort and rinse dirty dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Maintain clean dishwater at all times. Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand. Remove trash and garbage to dumpster. Set up or break down dishwashing area. Clean and roll/unroll mats. Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions. Sweep/mop floors and clean drains. Assemble/disassemble dish machine. Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster. Follow all safety procedures including proper lifting, knife handling, personal protective equipment, etc. Conduct general store and restroom cleaning as directed. Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry. Do not touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first. Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately. Notify the Manager on duty any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures. Measure and assemble ingredients and prepare recipes and menu specifications in accordance to Pollys Pies recipes. Complete other various tasks including salad bar prep. Required to work varied hours; may be needed to work daily dinner rush, weekends and/or holidays. Fill in for different positions according to business needs when necessary. Patrols and safeguards tribal lands, resort and gaming facilities, and other assets using advanced situational awareness and proactive crime prevention strategies. Observes the grounds and facilities in accordance with guidelines, laws, policies, and procedures. Patrols can be conducted in a vehicle, on foot, on a bike or other motorized methods to ensure conditions are orderly and to identify any suspected violations. 2. Conducts thorough investigations by analyzing and verifying information using various techniques and interviews. Interviews victims, witnesses and suspects as needed. 7. The role involves sharing information on policies, procedures, and ordinances with visitors, and fostering positive relationships with internal customers, vendors, and law enforcement agencies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manages the investigation lifecycle thorough impartial investigations into employee complaints, workplace misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring timely resolution, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Conducts complex investigations in consultation with the Director. 2. Manages labor relations activities to include grievance and arbitration process under collective bargaining agreements, contract interpretation, case preparation, documentation, and grievance meetings to resolve disputes effectively. 3. Provides strategic consultation to leaders on disciplinary actions, corrective measures, and performance management concerns, ensuring consistency, fairness, and mitigation of organizational risk. 4. Creates schedules according to needs of the enterprise; adjusting staffing levels based on anticipated demand, accounting for such factors as special events, holidays, large party reservations, marketing promotions, and table and slot tournaments. 4. Modifies software configurations in enterprise scheduling software at implementation and/or changing scheduling needs. Prepares reports/memos regarding staffing models, shift bidding, attendance points, etc. and distributes to relevant stakeholders 5.
