Consistently exceed Pollys standards and maintain mystery shopper scores of 90 and above.
Follow proper cash handling procedures, as defined by the Cash Handling Policy.
Must D.W.I.T. (Do Whatever It Takes) to enhance the guest experience, Make The Connection and always maintain a high Blowtorch level.
