Great attorneys who support you as you support them.
HR lacks. Office Administrators are myopic.
Travel incentive.
HR and senior management lack leadership skills.
Researched attorneys for position I was applying for.
Comparable.
Organization has made strides of diversity.
Attorneys I work with support me.
If I had to find something good to say about Polsinelli it would be that the pay is ok.
Horrible work environment. Workload is unreasonable, burnout is common. Teamwork is not a thing at Polsinelli (you get thrown under the bus daily). Harassing and bully mentality coming down from HR, management, senior members, and worst of all the attorneys. It’s a nightmare to work there.
Off street parking.
I don’t have any positive feedback for this one unfortunately. Leadership team is a joke, they won’t support you. No kudos, but very quick to jump on any mistake.
Polsinelli’s culture needs a complete overhaul. Encourage more employee engagement, hire responsible and reliable leaders that will support their team, have a serious sit down with all of the attorneys and reiterate that they cannot treat their coworkers like garbage.
I reviewed the job description and looked in to the company, came ready with examples and questions.
A bit on the lower end compared to other companies in the industry.
Was lacking in LGBTQIA representation
Feeling like I’m part of a team, supported by my supervisor, and stable in my career. None of which happens at Polsinelli.
