The salary is great and they offer retirement when you get older. 😊
The CEO is very professional and makes sure that you are taken care of. Was very understanding also during a meeting I had not long ago.
No I would not improve the companies culture everything is just right. Worked for many companies and they don’t compare to this agency at all.
I prepared for an interview the day before I went for a job application. I made sure I spoke about prior jobs that I had as a caregiver to make sure I could get the job.
The jobs salary definitely competes with other agencies they offer two different salaries one for weekdays and weekends. Which is great because it gives you the opportunity to make more on weekends, days that most people want off from work.
I feel that it’s great to have a diverse demographic within the organization at Pomonok Home Services LLC.
What brings me the most joy at work is that it’s stabilized. I’m thankful to be able to have employment and not have to worry about not having a permanent case. I feel this way because I have worked as a home aid for almost 6 years with different agencies and never was able to keep a case with out a good explination.
