Position Summary:
The Cardiovascular Sonographer II Echocardiographer plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care. This position is responsible for independently performing comprehensive echocardiographic studies using multiple imaging modalities to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Youll apply advanced technical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate communication while working in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.
What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations in accordance with departmental standards and IAC protocols
Independently conduct advanced echo procedures, including:
Imaging enhancement agents
Saline contrast (bubble studies)
Portable and stress echocardiograms
Strain imaging
Assisting with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) procedures
Accurately document patient data and exam results using the electronic information management system
Ensure proper documentation and billing compliance for all procedures performed
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Serve as a resource for learning by assisting with the orientation and training of students and team members
Provide patient-focused care with clear communication and sound clinical judgment
Adapt to and learn new equipment and technologies as they are introduced

Requirements
Education:Graduated from an accredited cardiovascular technology program or diagnostic medical ultrasound program. Extensive experience may substitute training.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiac ultrasound or dual registered, proficient in echo and vascular.
Certification:BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required. Registered with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in Adult Echocardiography (RDCS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International in Echocardiography (RCS) required.

About this Position:

Oversee daily/weekly schedules and shifts.

*Employment Type:* Full time *Shift:* Day Shift *Description:* *$20K Sign on Bonus for this Full Time position * * Mammography technologists operate a mammography unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician. They explain the procedure to patients, position and immobilize the patient's breast in the unit, and observe the scanning process.
*What you will do:*
* Checks all images for proper identification, positioning, coning, markers, technologist
initials, and good technical quality according to filming standards.
* Ensures that all requisitions are signed, that history information contain appropriate and
relevant clinical information and stickers are used appropriately.
* Maintains licensure requirements and continuously improves technical skills through
individual or class instruction.
* Monitors processor performance daily through sensitometry procedures.
Maintains accurate patient records and charges.
* Operates properly and demonstrate understanding of all mammography and bone densitometry equipment and computed radiograph, direct radiographs, and PACS.
*Minimum Qualifications: *
* High School graduate or equivalent is required
* Graduate from an accredited school of Radiography is required
* Current continuing education in mammography required
* Ability to effectively prioritize work and work under stressful situations.
* Ability to function in staff technologist role is required
* Hospital experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred
* Successful completion of 40 hours of mammography training.
*Licensure*
* Current Florida CRT license required
* Current ARRT and ARRT Mammography [R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT)]registry required. If not Registered in Mammography at hire, must be within 90days of hire.
* Current BLS certification is required

Requirements:
5+ years experience working in the field as a superintendent with a focus on infrastructure, site-work, underground, roads, sewer, electrical, lift stations, and hardscape. The ideal candidate will have worked on larger acreage construction sites and have an interest in building ground up projects
Must be a team player and enjoy working on large and complex projects
