Responsibilities:
Respond to callers accessing 24-hour hotline and provide services including crisis
Intervention.
Provide information/referrals to victims of domestic violence victims and their children
Facilitate support groups and/or house meetings
Provide supportive direction relating to money management, personal hygiene, work skills, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation and utilization of other community resources
Assist with protective/restraining orders and other court matters
Arrange for emergency medical services or law enforcement services as needed
Complete telephone intake with women requesting shelter
Provide/arrange for shelter for qualified persons
Complete shelter intake and other related forms as required
Provide/arrange transportation for clients who are appropriate for shelter
Ensure client confidentiality and the Center's confidentiality policy
Assist in the care and maintenance of the shelter.
Participate in staff meetings/trainings
Turnover rooms, cleaning and maintaining shelter premises
Prepared to work on-call shifts as needed, which may include: days, nights, and or weekends
Perform related duties as required and/or deemed necessary by Supervisor

Get supplies needed to start your shift.
Make sure your area is clean, ash trays emptied, wipe machines, push in chairs and empty trash.
Make sure the bathrooms are clean, neat, and sign off on log sheets.
Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one.
Be courteous and professional at all, times to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
Assist fellow employees when needed.
You must always wear your gaming badge while on duty or doing business in the casino.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor.
