Pondurance Leadership

Dustin is the Vice President of Services and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Pondurance and has over eighteen years of experience in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Pondurance, Dustin was a risk and compliance professional at Franciscan Alliance focusing on HIPAA, PCI, and risk assessments for new technology acquisitions ranging from infrastructure solutions to patient care devices. Prior to Franciscan Alliance, he was a cyber security analyst at Midwest ISO. Dustin is also currently an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College, Sullivan University, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in computer and information technology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) with a dissertation topic focusing on cloud computing in healthcare.

Dustin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP), and holds the CompTIA Security+ certification.

Lyndon is an experienced technology executive focused on building high-growth enterprise SAAS companies. At Pondurance, he leads product management, corporate development, and drives cross-functional performance. He joined Pondurance from FireEye Mandiant, where he served as Vice President of Business Development, focused on strategic growth initiatives.

Lyndon has held senior leadership roles in multiple fast-growing cyber security companies - Endgame (acquired by Elastic) and Verodin (acquired by FireEye). Lyndon currently serves on the Board of the University of Maryland's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and multiple startup advisory boards. He makes direct angel investments and acts as a trusted advisor to venture and private equity teams.

Lyndon excels at driving strategy and effective operations, and has successfully led corporate development and strategy, business development, partner sales and marketing operations, and product management.



Driven to prevent another 9/11, Lyndon turned down Wall Street job offers and spent the first 10 years of his career as a Computer Engineer in the U.S. Intelligence Community. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

As a teenager in New York, Lyndon taught himself to program, started high school a year early, and built the original web application behind HistoryCentral.com. He secured highly-coveted internships at IBM, where he worked on microprocessors, and Sikorsky Aircraft, where he wrote code for stealth helicopters. Lyndon actively advocates for STEM education for both children and adults through a variety of non-profit organizations.

Mike Melka is a CFO at Pondurance and is based in Ashburn, Virginia. He attended Towson University.
