Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals
Interpret construction drawings and identify any problems or discrepancies in the plans
Develop effective solutions to address issues and mitigate risks, while maintaining quality standards
Maintain a deep understanding of wood-framed buildings and construction processes
Utilize software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to track progress and maintain documentation
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Display a detail-oriented and well-organized approach to project management and customer service
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in wood-framed building projects
Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and identify problems in the plans
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client and team communication
Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
Wood Species Identification: Recognizing different species of wood and understanding their unique characteristics and typical uses
