Hybrid work schedule, decent pay
No benefits, hidden expectations, bad training, unconstructive feedback like “strive for excellence”. Since it’s a tiny family owned company, it’s more them vs. you. They say it’s a black owned company just to get you in the door but it’s not, no black culture or real connection. They say they’re flexible but will reprimand you any time you need to work remotely due to unforeseen circumstances.
