The pork production and employees are managed by a management company out of Southern Minnesota, Protein Sources, LLP ***************************************** in partnership with PIC ******************** Barrick Family Farms' accelerated innovation brings the pork industry to the next level, offering state of the art technology in clean environments. Employees need to be at least 16 years old to work at the sites. Shift: Flexible Part Time Hour Scheduling. Desire for rotating weekends (typically every 3rd) and rotating holidays would be ideal. What you'll do: The finishing assistant is responsible for helping the finishing manager ensure proper barn and herd management, cost containment and revenue enhancement, herd health, marketing, and customer service.
