Base Salary & Benefits
Our base salary for this position located in New York City generally ranges between $117,000.00 and $125,000.00 annually, depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.

Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) data management program is one of the pivotal programs supporting business' growth plans and to strengthen its control framework. This role requires a structured execution approach to execution of assignment and tasks that the program requires, combining business acumen, technical skills, documentation and an approach for efficiency. It also requires partnering with stakeholders in GCIB and the rest of the Enterprise to drive regulatory adherence, enhancements to GCIB's data architecture, strengthen frameworks for data governance and enhance operational excellence and meet GCIB's goal to be the best-in-class. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execute business-as-usual with utmost priority to ensure speed, accuracy, alignment to program objectives and improving execution efficiency.
Responsible for executing Data Management policy and standards requirements

The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of IT CSS-WRAFT Delivery team, the Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams and crafting functional specifications for the project's development teams.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of financial services industry or investment banking experience
+ Knowledge and understanding of risk management
+ Knowledge and understanding of quantitative analysis and modeling of financial products
+ Experience consulting with internal clients, partnering with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups, and executing on enterprise-wide projects
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
+ Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives
+ Ability to identify and articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
+ Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
