Travel Requirements: Must be able to work 15 days on, 7 days off; stands watch for 12 hours each day, divided in to six hour shifts. Documents patient visit notes accurately which may include but is not limited to the chief complaint, past medical and surgical history, family history, vital signs, immunizations, allergies, medications, nutrition and health and wellness issues as directed by physician practice and organizational processes. g. Performs duties in a manner that results in improved patient outcomes and patient satisfaction scores. h. Manages different tasks under the direction of the Physicians and/or clinic leadership.
