The Auto Club Group is seeking a prospective Field Insurance Agent I who is responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.
Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG's overall insurance book of business.
Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.

Conducts Intakes using ASI, ASAM, and URICA assessments Maintain all resident records as required by the residential program, funding sources, and other licensing bodies. Coordinate community referrals and maintain follow-up to document progress. Provide case management to the residents by giving them a programming schedule and ensuring all of their needs are met. Collaborating with the resident's DCC Agent and providing notifications of any Accident/Incident Reports. Participates in weekly Community Reintegration Plan meetings with other treatment staff and DCC Agent to create initial Community Reintegration Plan and review resident's progress. Develop Individualized Treatment Plan and monitor progress towards completion of goals. Conduct weekly one-to-one counseling sessions with residents and document Case Note. Work with other AODA Counselor/Case Manager to ensure resident's needs are met. Facilitate groups and assist with providing coverage for other groups. Coordinate resident's mental health treatment with Mental Health Counselor/Case Manager. Motivate residents to follow program expectations by using motivational incentives to reinforce positive achievement/ behaviors and, when needed, impose appropriate sanctions when residents are non-compliant. In conjunction with the Assistant Program Director/Program Director, approve/deny passes per resident compliance. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Ensures that all required resident surveys are completed. Completes all discharge summaries. Minimal Qualifications:
Minimum of an associate's degree in social-service area; However, BA degree in social services is preferred.
Must have at a minimum, a Wisconsin Substance Abuse Counselor-In Training certification (SAC-IT). SAC or CSAC preferred. Supervision provided.
Experience in providing AODA program services to correctional residents using cognitive behavioral methodology and training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) a plus.

Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive Bonus
The incremental bonus is $0.05 to $0.15/mile above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period. The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period with no accidents, claims, CSA points, citations, or service failures.
Miles 0 - 3,999 = $0.00
Miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $0.05/mile
Miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $0.10/mile
Miles 8,000+ = $0.15/mile

The operator has 4 safe weeks during the bonus period and runs 8,650 dispatched miles during this time. The operator will earn:

$0.05/mile for miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $99.95 (1,999 miles)
$0.10/mile for miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $199.90 (1,999 miles)
$0.15/mile for miles over 8,000 = $97.50 (650 miles)

We're looking for a Paving Superintendent to lead our grading and asphalt paving crews in 2026 and beyond. This is a full-time, year-round position with field-first leadership expectations and the opportunity to help shape the next era of team training, production efficiency, and digital field tools.
What You'll Do
Schedule and oversee multiple paving and grading crews, vendors, and subcontractors
Lead daily pre-job planning, crew readiness, and jobsite visits
Be a visible leader - especially during crew launch and end-of-day return
Conduct post-jobsite reviews for quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Train and evaluate crew members and foremen; lead 1-2 performance reviews per year
Order materials (asphalt, stone, etc.) and coordinate delivery with suppliers
Maintain field safety compliance, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections
Support layout and elevation work as needed; train foremen on proper grading practices
Help implement new tech tools for timekeeping, material tracking, and job documentation
Oversee the full company fleet alongside the lead mechanic - budgeting, repairs, and equipment planning
Uphold DOT compliance and crew training for safe transport and field ops
What You Bring
10+ years in paving, grading, or civil construction - with at least 5 years in a supervisory/foreman role
Experience reading plans, setting grades, and identifying drainage issues on site
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a bias for follow-through and accountability
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, and mobile jobsite apps
CDL is helpful but not required
