SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, a trade certification with 7+ years of relevant experience is acceptable. 5 years' experience in hands-on executing, planning, and scheduling maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems. Multi-skilled in various trades.
