KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a rest area attendant position
Emptying trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas
Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces
Cleaning and stocking restrooms; cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, plunging toilets, etc.,
Snow and ice removal from sidewalks - will be using snow blowers, shovels, salt and other snow tools
Weeding and watering flower beds
Picking up litter on the property
Sanitizing surfaces such as telephones and drinking fountains
Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in janitorial or related field preferred but willing to train the right individual
