Job Description Job Title: Lot Porter Department: Service Supervisor: Service Manager Summary Description Moves and cleans motorcycles, keeps the motorcycles in sound working condition, and helps the Service Manager as requested. Duties and Responsibilities Provide prompt, dependable, high quality service to internal and external customers. Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Maintain clean, efficient work areas and service facility, including company property such as work trucks and trailers. Transferring units in and out of the Service Department. Forklift operations. Washing/Detailing all units. Unloading new units off freight trucks. Assembly and PDI of new units. Maintaining the entire lot. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications & Job Requirements Must have 2+ years of motorcycle experience. Capable of pushing and loading motorcycles. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement. Clean driving record. Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products and services sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them. Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community. Attention to detail. High energy level needed. Maintain a positive attitude and relationship with all other employees. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, Holidays, and evenings. Proficient in meeting deadlines on a timely manner. Physical Demands Requires the use of both hands. Frequently required to bend, stop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift 50lbs of material. Requires the ability to balance and push an 800+lb motorcycle. Working Conditions The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department. Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles. Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.

Job Description Legacy Ford is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Porter to support our dealership operations. The Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring a professional presentation of our inventory for customers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain organization of vehicle inventory on the lot for optimal display and easy access. Move vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas. Assist with vehicle deliveries, including cleaning and staging. Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to ensure they are clean and ready for show or delivery. Ensure the lot is free of trash and debris and all vehicles are properly aligned. Check in new vehicle deliveries and inspect for damage or missing equipment. Fuel vehicles and check fluid levels when needed. Assist with snow removal or other weather-related vehicle preparations, as applicable. Provide support to service advisors and technicians as requested. Adhere to all safety and dealership policies. Assist with grass cutting Qualifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and time management. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work in various weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods. Prior experience in a dealership or automotive environment preferred but not required. Working Conditions: Majority of work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requires lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods. Fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and shifting priorities.
