Minimum of 2-3 years previous hotel housekeeping experience.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the Hotel area and properties, including walking up to 1 1ā2 mile, climbing stairs and sit or stand at a desk/work station for long periods of time throughout the shift Also may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, lift and/or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities of a Housekeeper:
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Sweep/mop floors
Dust and polish furniture
Change bed linens and towels
Replenish amenities such as toiletries and supplies
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Put laundry away in resident rooms
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols
Qualifications of a Housekeeper:
High school diploma preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Skills:
- Cleanliness: Ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment
- Custodial: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service in a senior home setting

Qualifications:
