EQUIPMENT USED:
Large and small equipment to include but not limited to: Buffing machines, burnishers, wet/dry vacuums, small power tools, custodial hand tools (mops, brooms, brushes, carts, dollies etc.) and in some occasions electric slicer, mixer, pressure steamer, sharp cutting tools, ovens, tilting skillet, stoves, dishwashers and food and utility carts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Strenuous walking, standing, stooping, and/or climbing, heavy lifting and carrying, working inside and outside, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals, kneeling and climbing (ladder), working on slippery surfaces.
