Job Description JOB TITLE: Porter OBJECTIVE: Under the direct supervision of the Superintendent or Handyman, the Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents and employees of the complexes. The Porter will be required to perform basic maintenance tasks. RESPONSIBLITIES: To provide observation and incident reports related to any activity witnessed by them during their daily work routines. The focus should be to observe and report any area considered a hindrance and to provide a healthy and safe environment for our tenants and their guests.
