The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude. Applicants must be US citizens and able to pass a government background check. Minimum of one-year cleaning experience including six months of floor buffing experience required. Key Responsibilities: Buffing the floors, performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the lobby area, hallways, bathrooms. Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refill all paper products, clean kitchen/break areas. Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers. Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Porter is responsible for maintaining the community grounds of the assigned property in an attractive condition. The Porter will be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies at all times.
