A PORTER'S DAY-TO-DAY
Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom - inside and out:
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
Perform minor building maintenance as needed

Porter Responsibilities

Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
Drive vehicles to and from requested areas as needed
Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
Perform other duties as assigned
Porter Qualifications
Ability to work assigned hours
Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
Follow all plant safety protocols
Prepare facility equipment for cleaning by locking out machinery and covering all electrical equipment with plastic as needed
Use approved cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
Must be able to complete sanitation documentation paperwork and RedZone accurately
Be able to perform and rotate through several job functions within each department
Perform cleaning and sanitation of plant equipment and environment in a thorough and safe manner
Operate cleaning systems and equipment as trained and specified
Ensure all quality assurance (Pre Op) checks are performed at designated intervals
Ensure accurate record keeping of performed testing and recording charts are properly documented according to company and regulatory regulations
Adhere to all current SOPs, procedures, and quality requirements
Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas
Maintain cooperative working relationships and communications with employees from all other departments
Obtain and maintain training, certifications, and licenses that are required
Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required, or directed by plant management
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Basic sanitation experience preferred
Ability to work in hot/cold and wet conditions
Ability to lift/push/pull 75 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to hose for an extended period of time
Strong leadership and communication skills
Physical demands for this position require walking or standing most of the time
Understand the processes and expectations involved in safe chemical handling
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes
