Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and orderly environments. The Porter will be responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors. This position will be about 3-4 hours each day (Monday-Friday), preferably in the morning.

What you will be doing as a MedSpeed Medical Driver:
Most of your day will be spent driving company-owned vehicles.
Safely driving from hub to car wash.
Vacuuming and cleaning the inside of vehicles.
Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.

Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat and orderly vehicle.

Responsibilities
The WBPC Porter is a valuable member to the on-site management team. They are responsible for the overall upkeep of the exterior image. Depending on the size and age of the community, the position consists of a variety of duties. The following qualifications must be met before consideration for employment as porter:

* Keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up any trash littering the grounds

* Replace all first floor window screens upon request.

Responsibilities
The WBPC Porter is a valuable member to the on-site management team. They are responsible for the overall upkeep of the exterior image. Depending on the size and age of the community, the position consists of a variety of duties. The following qualifications must be met before consideration for employment as porter:
* Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis.
* Keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up any trash littering the grounds
