Housekeeper - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive instructions as to area and specific work assignment; assemble necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for transporting to the designated area. Routine duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning of common areas and resident's homes; dusting of furnishings, woodwork, sills, doors, etc; washing of walls and windows, dry mopping and wet mopping of floors; vacuuming of floors and carpets; stripping and remaking of unoccupied beds.

Maintain surveillance of housekeeping cart when in resident access areas due to potentially dangerous cleaning fluids. Follow prescribed and standard safety and infection control procedures
Interacts with adult and older residents in a respectful and reassuring manner in resolution of complaints and/or concerns. Communicates effectively and tactfully with adult and older adult residents/patients, recognizing their age, cultural diversity, need, abilities and physical condition
Interacts with staff in a positive and effective manner, performing duties as part of a team.
Attend departmental meetings and appropriate inservice education programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Maintain the appearance of the dealership's lot by cleaning and moving vehicles
Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles for customers and staff
Perform basic vehicle inspections (checking tire pressure, fluid levels, etc.)
Help ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready
Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What You'll do: As a service porter/driver at Executive Kia, you will play an instrumental role in helping maintain the flow of operations at a car dealership by transporting vehicles to and from service areas, delivering cars to customers or other locations, assisting with vehicle pickups and drop-offs, and ensuring the dealership lot remains organized and clean.
Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
Perform other duties as assigned

Laundry / Housekeeping Primary Responsibilities:
Complete daily housekeeping services in Resident living and recreational areas
Collect and transport soiled linen
Process linen in the washing machines and dryers with the appropriate chemicals
Sort and fold linen
Restock linen carts and linen supply areas
Deliver personal laundry and hang in Resident closets
Label personal laundry for all new Residents upon admission
