We are seeking a porter/dishwasher to support the overall cleanliness, efficiency, and safety of our kitchen operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, and equipment, as well as performing light maintenance tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized, including floors, countertops, and cooking equipment.
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize soiled dishes, utensils, and cookware. Sort and store clean dishes properly.
Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of waste disposal areas.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances.
Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed, such as mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
