This position is Tuesday's 1pm - 7pm at the Central Park South residence and Friday's from 9am - 2pm at the SoHo residence. The ideal candidate must be proactive, extremely detailed oriented, and have the ability to multi-task to keep the home in pristine order. Candidate must be flexible to days when the Executive is in town. Looking for someone who has worked in private residences that deals with private Art collection.
Pay: $30-35 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence
Ability to perform museum-quality cleaning with proficiency in special surfaces (wood, glass, leather, antiques, silver, etc.)
Completing the client's laundry including washing and ironing clothes when needed, bed linens and sheets ironing (high priority skill)
Superior organization skills and willingness to go above and beyond in all aspects of the job
Running errands occasionally (detergent purchase, etc.)
Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
Cleaning, care, and upkeep of the residences
Additional Housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the family

The Property Management (PM) department is responsible for the day-to-day management of Breaking Ground ' s permanent housing portfolio of over 20 buildings and is essential to operational planning for the agency's intended residential building growth. The Porter will be responsible for greeting guests as they check in at the front desk and maintaining the visual appeal of the amenity space through daily cleaning and upkeep. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude and is dedicated to making each resident's experience within the amenity space as pleasant as possible.
This is a pipeline job posting for one of several opportunities to join the LIVunLtd as a Porter for one of our luxury residential clients. Both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunties are available.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide professional cleaning service for luxury amenity spaces; including, gyms, locker rooms, steam rooms, wet areas, kitchens, spas, etc.
* Perform any and all cleaning duties as assigned to help establish and maintain showroom quality at all times.
* Polish fixtures and glass areas, with attention to fine details.
* Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policy, procedures and initiatives.
* Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require attention to your manager.
* Provide a high level of service to all residents and guests.
* Complete daily tasks that include, but are not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, removing trash, replacing toiletries, restocking all paper goods and cleaning products, etc.
* Work with other team members to help set up and clean up special events throughout the facility.
* Wear corporate / building approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are scheduled to work.
* Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Prior experience in maintenance is encouraged.
* Individuals must present exceptional customer service skills, organization, communication, and multi-tasking abilities, as well as have a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
* Some physical requirements may include; the ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, stand for long durations of time and lift at least 40 pounds at a time.
* Flexible availability for days, nights or weekends.

Maintaining Building Interior
Cleans, hall areas, stairwells, apartment doors, windows and sills, baseboard crowns, elevator cabs, elevator floor bucks, trash closets, hoppers, slop sinks, hallway and lobby floors, vestibule floors, all glazed areas, pictures, light fixtures, metalwork, storerooms, workshops, laundry rooms, roofs and bathrooms. Assist in preparing for and/or responding to inclement weather, including but not limited to snow removal, salting, shoveling, operating weather-related equipment, laying out runner carpets at all entrances, securing outdoor furniture, and reporting any weather-related maintenance issues or defects immediately.
In General:
Fixing minor issues such as changing light bulbs, clearing blocked sinks, and assisting the Superintendent as needed to assess and complete maintenance tasks.
Assist Superintendent as required in preparing for all facility inspections, including but not limited to annual unit inspections and REAC HUD inspections.
