Job Description
You will contribute by:
* Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor
* Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse, including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
* Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors
* Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
* Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
* Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
* Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
* Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
* Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Fulfills all expectations including but not limited to requisitioning, stocking, inventory, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each day; rotate and maintain integrity of product.

Position Summary:
Responsible for keeping all areas of the facility neat and clean and ensuring all sorting and washing of all garments, linens, and other items is completed daily
Major Duties and Critical Tasks:
Ensure that all areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive manner; that all staff has the appropriate training, equipment and supplies successfully execute this responsibility.
Ensure appropriate techniques are followed when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions used for cleaning/laundry prior to performing tasks that involve potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals.
Ensure that established infection control and universal precautions practices are maintained when performing housekeeping/laundry functions.
Coordinate routine/terminal isolation procedures with nursing services. Perform isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures.
Makes decisions that reflect both knowledge and good judgment.
Shows evidence of awareness of own limitations and seeks assistance when necessary.
Adheres to dress code and facility attendance policy.

The Lot Porter verifies receipt of vehicles delivered to dealer, compares serial numbers of incoming cars against the invoice, and inspects vehicles for damage. In addition, the Lot Porter verifies accessories as listed on the invoice. He/she assigns stock control numbers to vehicles and catalogs/stores keys. The Lot Porter re-shuttles vehicles following sales to maximize use of lot space and order. In short, the Lot Porter 'owns the lot' with regard to vehicle logistics.
The ideal Lot Porter has an unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record, a trustworthy demeanor, and can drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.

Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water
Performs maintenance on cars in storage in order to protect tires, batteries, and exteriors from deterioration
Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order
Delivers sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned
