Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education and certificates: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: At least one (1) year of housekeeping/laundry experience in a senior living, memory care, healthcare, or hospitality setting (hotels) is required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Good time management and organizational skills. Friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment, is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
