The Porter/Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Cleaning of hallways, windows, corridors, and elevators. Remove trash and recycling daily from the building and transport to the outside dumpster areas. Remove trash from the community perimeter daily. Assist senior maintenance staff on work orders and other duties as assigned. Assist with package delivery. Qualifications: Must be courteous, professional, and reliable. Ability to meet deadlines. Previous related experience preferred.
