Work Type: Onsite Location: Tulsa, OK. #LI-Traditional #LI-Onsite At a Glance: The Maintenance-Custodial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational functionality of Utica Square Shopping Center. This role ensures that all public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers, tenants, and staff. What you will do: * Clean, maintain, and operate compactor units, including washing down the surrounding areas. * Perform roof maintenance by removing leaves and contractor debris. * Fill in for the regular trash handler during absences. * Assist with events, including chair setup, breakdown, and trash pickup during and after events. * Clean building entries, hallways, stairwells, and floors. * Assist with trash haul away during demolition projects. * Support painters and maintenance teams with various tasks. * Participate in the setup and teardown of Christmas decorations and other events. * Utilize general tool knowledge and work safely from ladders. * Provide access to roofs and doors for contractors. What you need: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous custodial or maintenance experience is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
