Experience Required for Your Success

+ Responsible for month-end close processes, including the preparation of various consolidated financial statements and analysis of financial results to be used in the preparation of public filings. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Timely detail review workpapers prepared by staff accountant.
+ Prepare workpapers and post journal entries for certain key areas, such as management fees, accrued liabilities, financing activities, etc.
+ Assist in the preparation of variance analysis and quarterly reporting packages.
+ Prepare certain portions of the financial statements filed with the SEC and detail review sections prepared by the staff accountant.
