This job manages the end-to-end solutioning process from concept through activation including developing the design, performance metrics, and readiness for scale of the portfolio of solutions. Works within key matrix partners across the Living Health organization to engage the comprehensive listening system, market and customer/clinician insights, manage solution development roadmaps, and testing and scaling. Collaborates with a variety of Living Health Clinician dyad partners and the Design team to ensure expert clinical resources and other enterprise resources needed for an effective design process are deployed consistently in a well-defined matrix reporting structure. Responsible for coordinating teams of project managers, process engineers, designers, partners, and experts to inventory, evaluate, streamline, and design/re-design clinical solutions. Works with clinical, analytic, and business teams to understand the pain points associated with customer journeys and define the correct solutions. Partners with activation teams to craft the project plans to deploy and scale those solutions to customers. Makes formal documentation and recommendations regarding best in class solutions that should be adopted. Once adopted, the role will provide support for for managing vendor relationships and obligations and driving adoption of those solutions.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
+ Supports leadership and guides team in collaborating with stakeholders to define, plan, and design the appropriate end-to-end cross-channel experiences and solutions from a customer and clinician point of view to achieve customer engagement, clinician engagement, health outcomes, and affordability targets and in support of scaling curated health model solutions.
+ Develop analytical frameworks, approach and methodology best practices to analyze strategy issues and monitor initiatives. Participate in software/tech capability evaluations, assessing vendor solutions, collaborate with ongoing partnerships with third parties such as digital agencies, software vendors, BCBSA, and other key vendors.
+ Conveys and prioritizes needs from comprehensive listening system in collaboration with Portfolio Insights & Acceleration and other Enterprise teams in the matrix to identify client, customer and clinician needs and expectations to support solution design and personalization.
+ Participate in design sessions with design team, experts and other business partners. Applies a variety of methods and approaches to facilitate problem solving; experiments to find the best solutions.
+ Help create visual content from strategies that explain the assumptions, approaches and key tenets. Monitors progress of Solution efforts and is responsible for sourcing Solution outcomes (ROI, KPIs) communicating them to Program Performance team, and manages dependencies across Solutions and escalates decisions as needed.

Job Purpose
This position is responsible for overseeing the processes and technologies that manage the software entitlements for the organization. The role will be responsible for organizing and maintaining all activities for tracking and reporting on software assets, ensuring that the organization is in compliance with the licensing agreements and corporate policy.
Essential Responsibilities
· Manages the day-to-day delivery of the software asset management service including oversight of the service delivery team and serves as the primary point of contact for software audit requests and designated benchmarking activities.
· Coordinates all SAM activity across the organization to enable collaboration that reduces the life cycle cost and risk of all software assets used by the group.
· Maintains, implements and supports full life-cycle software asset management tracking and compliance reconciliations for software installed in the environment and includes auto-discovery integrations.
· Evaluates, selects and ensures effective implementation of SAM tools, and ensure appropriate integration of data from non-SAM-owned sources.
· Creates and administers processes and procedures to ensure all software installs and purchases are approved and tied to devices prior to request being filled.
· Produces management reporting on key Software Asset Management metrics, licenses, maintenance and costs.
· Ensures that all processes meet performance standards and that customer service levels are met.
· Ensures audit and quality control processes are maintained for process integrity purposes and drives implementation of new controls where required.
· Oversees and participates in project plan design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of tracking systems.
· Supports the software acquisition, management and disposal processes, including those of external service providers, and provide reporting as to whether they are conducted in line with IT asset management, corporate social responsibility, environmental and technical policies, applicable standards, legislation and contractual obligations.
· Reviews applications for new licenses or renewals of existing licenses, making sure that all documentation is complete and accurate.
· Provides guidance and problem resolution for escalated matters.
· Coordinates the organization's response to software vendor audit or license validation requests, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders
· Advises the relevant project, program, infrastructure, and application portfolio managers on software licensing and compliance, and recommend actions that will optimize the software asset portfolio.
· Leads or supports projects as assigned, assists with the resolution of issues and actively participates project meetings.

This position will be responsible for managing banking relationships, evaluating banking platforms, cash forecasting, supporting debt financing, managing hedging strategies, and providing periodic reports on all related activities.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Oversee centralized cash management processes, including daily cash reporting, forecasting, and intercompany transfers, while acting as a liaison between internal business partners on all cash reporting and forecasting matters.
Lead and own the 13-week cash forecasting process, implementing continuous improvement strategies (Kaizen) to enhance visibility and accuracy of the projected cash position.
Lead monthly reporting, audits, and related activities for the ABL (debt) borrowing facility.
Communicate weekly with C-Suite on current cash position as well as current forecast and recommended actions.
Communicate with Controllers and other Procurement and Sales key stakeholders, including ELT members.
Design, document, and manage SOX-compliant processes and controls as part of treasury management operations.
Develop standard operating procedures for Treasury. This includes documenting inputs, outputs and managing the process on a go-forward basis.
Serve as the primary manager for banking relationships.
Manage access to online banking portals to ensure the appropriate associates have access to manage our AP and AR functions.
Track and report on all bank derivative products.
Manage processes and reporting related to interest and foreign exchange rates.
Lead process improvement initiatives, with a focus on enhancing the 13-week cash forecast.
Lead and complete internal and external audits, including gathering necessary documentation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related degree required.
8+ years of progressive treasury experience required.
