Quality/Production Technician have constant pressure to produce high quality ends and to keep the production line operating. The shifts are rotating with four (4) days on and four (4) off with the shift starting at 7:00 and ending at 7:00 (12 hours). Rotates from days to nights every thirteen weeks and vise versa. PO/QI will be assigned to different areas of the plant through out a team member's work career. The production area of the plant is not climate controlled in the summer months. Must be willing to work in all areas of production and on any shift. The noise level in the work environment is loud and requires hearing protection in designated areas. Must have an excellent safety record and experience in a manufacturing environment.
