Push for extra Billing
Pros are that there is room for advancement and growth. Just because you start in one position, it doesn’t mean you’ll stay in that role. PAM provides you with the tools to become successful and encourages you to further your education to achieve your dream career within the organization.
My favorite perk is being a part of an inspirational and positive HR team!
