Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios, by maintaining a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care, by serving as a liaison between staff and administration, by promoting productivity of staff, by developing and implementing policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at PAM Health, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients who are working to regain their strength, independence, and quality of life. Unlike high-volume clinic environments, our rehabilitation hospital setting allows you the time to deeply understand each patient's goals and follow their progress throughout the recovery journey. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team-including Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Rehabilitation Nurses, and Physicians-to deliver goal-oriented, evidence-based care that truly makes a difference.
What You'll Do:
Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy interventions based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
Guide patients through progressive recovery, ensuring care is delivered in an age-appropriate and compassionate manner.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress, set shared goals, and ensure coordinated care.
Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, safety, and long-term health and wellness.
Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and other team members involved in patient care.
Maintain documentation in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. Minimum Qualifications:
* Current ARRT required.
* 1 year of recent acute hospital experience required.
* Current, valid, and active certification/licensure to practice as a Radiology Tech in the state of employment required.
* Completion of CT Technology certificate program required.
* Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels approved vendor required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
* Two (2) years previous experience preferred.
* Ability to project a professional image.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
* Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
* Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
* Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
* Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities Responsibilities
Under the direction of the RN on the unit, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Licensed Practical (LPN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
Provide direct patient care to medically complex and/or critically ill patients requiring extended hospitalization
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals (Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, Case Managers, Dietitians, Speech Language Pathologists, and more) to assist in carrying out individualized care plans
Functions include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population appropriate manner
May perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications
Current unrestricted LPN License in the state you are applying
Current BLS certification
ACLS Certification
Required within 90 days of hire (reimbursement provided).
Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.A few things that aren't required, but we would prefer:
Having prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
A higher comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, etc.
Having 2 years of experience in direct patient care
